This service provides internet access suitable for homes and small businesses or as a secondary or backup connection, where mission critical availabilty is not a priority.
These connections are therefore very cost effective, but come with no particular uptime or bandwidth guarantees. Service restoration, while rarely necessary is at best effort by the end of the next business day.

Activation on customer owned phone line: $149 (Free when churning from other provider before 31 March 2009)
Minimum initial term 6 months (early cancellation $90)
Free fixed IP address (upon request)
Peak is midday to midnight, Off-Peak is midnight to midday (therefore 10GB/20GB is 10GB peak and 20GB off peak)
Once included traffic is used up connection is slowed to 64k/64k (peak and off-peak assessed separately)
