Onsite Support

One of our trained technicians will come to your office or site to perform any hands on work required on your IT infrastructure.

Our technicians are also available to work on larger projects or as part of another team.

This service is meant for ad hoc or emergency help. We recommend our Managed Services for a more ongoing support arrangement.

Our current onsite support rates are:

Level 1 - Microsoft® CSE for server support
$250/h in ¼ hour increments with a minimum of 1 hour per visit

Level 2 - basic network and PC support (or Mac Support)
$180/h in ¼ hour increments with a minimum of 1 hour per visit

Travel:

Sydney within 1 hour drive from GPO: $80
Other travel interstate or internationally please contact us first
